A clear, well designed photography workflow is instrumental in realizing the vision that you and I, together, set out at the beginning.

It’s therefore important that you understand the whole process so the opportunities for feedback and collaboration are well identified from the get go.

You want to get a quote and know more about how it all works. So the first step is to reach out to us, either via a phone call, an email, through the contact form in our web, or a message in any of our social network pages.
A communication channel has been opened. We’ll get clarity around what you’re after and discuss options: type of shoot (maternity, newborn, family, etc), location preference (studio, outdoors, your home), intent of shoot/final product (online sharing, prints, canvas for home decor, etc).
Based on what we discussed above, we’ll send you a quote for the session and package of your preference.
You’ve decided to go ahead and book a session with us. At this point, you’ll only need to pay a non-refundable retainer fee to secure our time for your session.
We’ll confirm the location, date and time. We’ll provide you guidance on how to prepare for the shoot, give you advice on outfits selection and accessories, and also what props and extra items to bring.
We’ll collect you at the agreed meeting point, go over a few details on how the session will unfold, and get started.

Typically, we’ll capture a mix of candid shots with a few posed ones. In any case, we’ll be providing you with directions throughout the shoot so we can get the most out of it. We’ll do our best to get you to relax and, most importantly, have fun!

We’ll do a first-pass preliminary editing and send you a proofing gallery for you to pick your selected images.

After your inform us your selection, we’ll then perform some more comprehensive editing and get your final collection ready for delivery.

You might think that ‘this’ photo over here would make a great canvas in the lounge, and that ‘those’ photos over there can be put together as a beautiful collage to hang in the playroom. At this point, you’ll have an opportunity to decide what additional products you may want.
At this stage, we’ll get confirmation on the final collection and products you chose, and send you an invoice for you to pay the outstanding balance.
Depending on individual circumstances, we’ll arrange the delivery medium, which can be in the form of digital download from our website, usb-stick mailed by post/courier, or physically handed over at either your place or in our home studio in a final review session.
Our job is not finished until you’re 100% happy with the end result. If there’s anything you want to modify, just come back to us and we’ll amend it. Your absolute satisfaction is our main priority.
